At Work Talk Academy, we believe meaningful conversations/dialogue is the key to transforming how we connect and thrive in the workplace.  Our approach is monthly virtual facilitation, led by an experienced facilitator, and skill building for employees, the culture carries of every organization.  Our focus is to infuse organizations with dialogue experts who know how to listen, reflect, and respond in tough situations, one conversation at a time, while building better relationships with customers, colleagues, and across differences

• Facilitator-Led Virtual Program
• Rotating employee access (e.g. 10 seats but different people per quarter)
• 12 Modules (live, 90-minute virtual sessions with discussion and practice)
• Cross-Company Learning for new perspectives
• Focus: listening deeply and nonjudgmentally, using silence appropriately to avoid interrupting, staying open to new ideas, seeking understanding, honoring every voice, looking for common ground, speaking for yourself only and sharing experiences
• Employees interact with peers from other companies in breakout groups and shared reflection
• Pre-test, Post-test, Certificate of Completion, and downloadable tools
