Discover what pressure reveals.
Regulate First (RF) Pressure Lab. An immersive leadership experience designed to put leaders into realistic high-pressure situations and reveal how they naturally respond.
Participants experience six simulated high-pressure scenarios that surface patterns such as fight, flight, freeze, fawn, and regulated responses. Through Regulate First, they learn to recognize their response, regulate, and regain access to choice.

Work Well Pop Up Lounge transforms a workplace space into an interactive experience with stations designed to support connection, reflection, restoration, and wellbeing.
People can move through the stations at their own pace, creating opportunities to pause from the demands of work, engage with others, and reconnect with themselves.
